Mission Call!!!!

We are so excited because Bryan's parents, recently recieved an assignment to serve as missionaries for our church, The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Tampa, Florida!!!! They will be leaving to go to the Missionary Training Center on July 25th in Provo, Utah.
For those who may not know, the MTC , as we call it, is where all of the missionaries for our church, young and not so young go before they actually get to their mission destination. At the MTC missionaries are taught how to teach, how to improve people skills, and about the culture where they will be living. For those who are assigned to go to a foreign country the MTC is where they study hard and quickly to learn the language. Bryan and I both went to the MTC before we actually went to our assigned missions. Bryan was there for 2 weeks before he headed to New Mexico and I went there for 2 weeks and then was actually moved to the MTC in Lima, Peru for 6 more weeks to help with learning the spanish language and then I headed to Trujillo, Peru.
We are so excited for our parents and know that they will be able to help a lot of people. They are the type of people who are always lifting others and always willing to serve anyone at anytime. They will be amazing missionaries and examples of the ultimate missionary, our Savior Jesus Christ.

Long time....I know....

I have been trying newer hobbies lately....cooking. Or trying to find quick dinner meals that make me want to cook:) I have actually found some success.
I found a  really good enchilada recipe that isn't all cream of chicken like. It has just the right amount of cream taste.  They are called " Easy Chicken Enchiladas. "
I also found an amazing hamburger recipe with green chiles...Bryan's favorite vegetable:) They are rightfully called "Green Chile Burgers."
And for July 4thI found an easy berry pie that was dellicious. Here's the link.
And then finally, I found a pasta dish that wasn't creamy or with marinara that we think is awesome! Here's the link.
