I think it would be wise if we bought stock in these:

It's what I seem to be buying a lot lately. It's also a sign that I am living in a house with two men:), growing up with all girls it just wasn't the same in regards to food intake (or at least with regards to these choices:) Chocolate is a whole different story.)
